The Austrian Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (hereafter named ÖFV-KJPP) has commissioned CPO HANSER SERVICE with the organisation and execution of the congress. The registration for the congress and the confirmation thereof forms a contract between the congress attendee and the (ÖFV-KJPP) regarding attendance at the congress. This contract is based on the following General Terms and Conditions.
Registration fees for the congress
When registering for the ESCAP 2019 please arrange payment of the registration fee. All fees are to be paid in advance at the time of registration and in EURO. You may choose between two methods of payment: credit card or bank transfer Registration for the congress and booking of services are binding for the participant.
Particularly when paying from outside Germany, we strongly recommend using a credit card, because charges for bank transfers may be deducted twice — once in the country of origin and a second time in Germany.
In case of bank transfer by your organization please make sure that your name is forwarded together with the money. If your organization uses a block transfer for several participants it is necessary to include all relevant names. We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Mastercard, VISA.
Cancellation of congress participation
Notice of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Congress Office CPO HANSER SERVICE. In case of cancellation according to the published early registration deadline the payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of EUR 50. No refund will be made after this deadline.
Changes to the programme
The ÖFV-KJPP reserves the right to make necessary changes to the programme at short notice. Participation fees will not be refunded, also not in part, because of cancelled presentations or changes to the programme.
The acceptance of submitted abstracts simultaneously results in binding registration of the author to attend the congress.
The registration fee must be paid immediately after receiving the abstract acceptance. Onsite registration for presenting authors is not possible. If the author withdraws a contribution accepted by the scientific committee and published in the online abstract book, registration for the conference will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees. If an abstract has not been accepted, the registration fee will be refunded upon request.
Loss of name badge
EUR 50 must be paid to acquire a new name badge in the event that the name badge, which at the same time entitles the holder to attend the congress, is lost. If the attendee is later able to produce the newly acquired and the previously lost name badge, EUR 50 will be refunded.
